Hey everyone!
Allow me to formally introduce myself! My name is Amanda Luppe, and I am one of the people that make up Order & Chaos. I've been crafting since I was in elementary school, and it only makes sense that I'm starting to do it professionally now. Some of my favorite things to dabble in are thread projects like bracelets, necklaces, and some embroidery. I also really enjoy sewing, drawing, and painting. All of these are skills that I look forward to using for O&C.
But if you want to really know me, you'll have to know that my life is the movies. Hell, I even went to school to study a trade used in the movies. Aside from a part of O&C, I'm a special makeup effects artist, with a few movies under my belt I might add. The only one that is currently available, and worth watching, is A Chemical Skyline. Its just a low budget horror film, but I'm very proud of it! One of my favorite things to do is sculpt, something I was taught at school and was surprisingly good at. However most sculptures take a while to make, so as much as I'd like to make lots of them for the shop, I may not be able to.
Lets see...what else can I tell you about myself? I like to write, not sure if I'm good or not, but I like to think I am, otherwise I'd never pick up a pen again. Haha. While I've started many writing projects, I've never actually finished one. But I do have an idea for a novel, and really want to finish this one, you know once I sit down and start writing it. That's always the hardest part of any project, starting the thing. Because I'm such a procrastinator, I tend to just put things off, but that is something I am working hard on changing. I have to, otherwise I'll never get anything I want to accomplish, accomplished.
